We are so excited to welcome you to the Irish capital, Dublin.  Famed for its easy going charm, cultural significance and heritage, Dublin is also home to "The Craic" or the art of life.  Celebrated as one of the great literary cities of the world with Unesco status as City of Literature, Dublin was home to four Nobel Lauriates.  Trinity College Dublin houses the largest library in Ireland and many famous authors studied here including Oscar Wilde, Johnathan Swift, Bram Stoker, Sally Rooney, Samuel Becket and Eoin Colfer to name but a few.

The city is steeped in history from the Viking invasion of the 8th century through 700 years of Norman occupation, English rule and the formation of the Irish Republic just over 100 years ago.

The character of the city is shaped by the Dubliners who are incredibly friendly.  Venture into any pub and someone will start a conversation with you over a pint or two of Guinness.
