The corporate housing ecosystem is complex. Solutions providers, operators, landlords, administrators, platforms, databases, booking fees, cancellation policies; supply chain, inventory, match-lease…..how does the system work? What should a client expect from a service partner relationship, and vice versa. And what has changed based on experiences in the pandemic?
We think of corporate fraud as something that happens in huge multi-nationals, but 32% of all fraud takes place in SME's, where it should be easier to detect. In this briefing EuRA SC for Legal Gordon Kerr and MIM Fellow Mima Hillier of TTHCurzon Relocation look at how implementing strict internal controls and taking back outsourced processes such as book-keeping, can help keep your business safe.

It is with great sadness, regret, disbelief and not just a little anger that we announce that we must postpone our Seville conference again.
We have been in regular contact with our venues and the Andalusian tourist and convention authorities throughout the pandemic and we have now been asked to postpone until 2022 as the hotel, dinner and party venues tell us events will not be possible until the late Autumn at the earliest. La Feria, the great Seville festival has been cancelled for the second year running and the authorities are considering cancelling all large public events across the summer.
The venues themselves are as sad as we are but have been working to find alternative dates in 2022 and these will be the last week in March.
Please don’t hesitate to contact myself or your amazing EuRA team if you need any further information at this time. We will be keeping you updated with all further information via bulletins, the website and the App.
This beautiful and historic city was once a Moorish capital and has been a site of wealth and influence for over two millennia. Today the city is a centre for tech and research and development as well as one of Spains most fascinating places to visit. From the colossal Gothic cathedral to the Moorish palaces that make up the stunning Alcazar, this is not a city to visit just for a conference, it's a place you need to take time to discover and explore. Strolling its winding medieval lanes, you will hear flamenco music, see street performers on every square and stop for tapas, coffee, wine and just to watch the world go by.
We are very excited to welcome you to Seville!
