The EuRA Global Quality Seal is the world’s first accreditation programme for relocation providers and is open to ALL EuRA Members, both relocation providers and our supplier members.
This pioneering initiative provides a straight forward, cost effective external audit to reflect our members' excellence in providing relocation services. Based on an ISO 9001 process management model, the EuRA Global Quality Seal specifies the processes and KPI's that reflect the very highest standards in relocation services.
The programme has been designed by EuRA members for EuRA members. Over the years we have worked with a group of members representing all aspects of our industry to establish Best Practice benchmarks in service delivery, which have become the Methodology behind the programme.
We have developed the audit process together with our accreditation partner DQS who have implemented a streamlined international audit standard that sets the benchmark for excellence in service provision and process management.
Over the years those members with the EuRA Global Quality Seal have become the acknowledged leaders in excellence in relocation against which all other providers are measured.
Over the past ten years, EuRA has worked with its 500+ members, the HR community and the EU to develop strategies that would set the delivery of destination services by its members at the very highest level.
The first step to achieving the EuRA Global Quality Seal is to contact the EuRA Office and register with us to receive your copy of the EuRA Global Quality Standard. The Quality Standard is the document that underpins the EuRA Global Quality Seal and sets out the requirements for certification. It also acts as a guideline document for building your Quality Manual.
We will also give you the contact details of our audit partners Bureau Veritas and DQS. At this point you contact them directly and arrange a suitable time to start the offsite and onsite processes.
The only revenue that EuRA makes from the Global Quality Seal, is the €300 fee we charge when you sign up to be sent the Quality Standard. When companies re-certify every two years, we charge €150. This money is ring fenced and goes towards the annual content management meeting where we review and update the Quality Standard.

Once you have decided upon becoming EGQS accredited you will need to follow our series of online webinars. Members who have done the training in advance of the audit have found the process to be much simpler than those who did not. These online training sessions are free for EuRA members.
Webinar recordings of the training updates to the Quality Standard for 2017/2018 are available for anyone undergoing recertification. For anyone thinking of undertaking the EuRA Global Quality Seal we have a series of three two hour webinar recordings, presented by our Project Manager, Martina Scharwey.
There is no charge to EuRA Members to take part in the EGQS training webinars, however you will be prompted for your personal login when accessing them.
