Gordon Kerr is an Edinburgh-based lawyer, specialising in the wide range of legal and tax issues which impact on relocation businesses. Formerly the MD of Team Relocations, Gordon uses his relocation industry background to provide legal guidance which recognises the practical realities and challenges facing relocation firms.
His experience includes working on European and global relocation projects for a variety of major multi-national companies. Gordon is legal adviser to EuRA and writes the Legal & Tax Report in The EuRApean.

Peggy Love has been involved in the global relocation industry since 1994 when she founded Full Circle International Relocations. In 2008 she sold Full Circle to Dwellworks, created an education division of the company, and served as Managing Director until 2015 when her tenure with Dwellworks was complete.
Peggy is a frequent speaker at global industry conferences and has been an active member of EuRA since the association’s beginning in 1999. She was awarded the Exceptional Services to Relocation Award from EuRA in 2014. Peggy will continue her affiliation with EuRA as Strategic Consultant for Content. In this capacity she will work with the conference presenters to organise, oversee and manage their session development.
Carmelina is a coaching and development specialist who combines her private practice with the role of Strategic Consultant - Education for EuRA. She has been involved in international training and development initiatives for over 25 years, working with companies such as IHG and Nielsen. With EuRA she has been involved in the design of the highly successful MIM programme and supported the implementation of on-line training. She is also an approved mentor for those seeking to attain EuRA Fellowship.
Carmelina also supports the work of the International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies at Oxford Brookes University Business School where she delivers consultancy services and training master-classes. She specialises in management and leadership development together with one-to-one executive coaching.
Carmelina is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Coaching. She writes regularly for publication and is a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching as well as Consulting Editor for the International Journal of Stress Prevention & Wellbeing. She has presented at a number of conferences and is a member of the Oxford Brookes University Supervision Conference Academic Board.
Martina Scharwey is the founder and owner of KMS Consult (www.kmsconsult.de), a Quality, Process and Risk Management as well as HR Consulting company.
From 1990-1994 she worked at Arthur Andersen & Co in Chicago and Frankfurt on the application for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and developed and implemented Quality Management systems based on ISO 9001 and Total Quality Management. Furthermore she delivered consulting services in professional HR management and worked as a trainer.
In 1995 Martina founded her own consulting company. In addition, she works as a Quality Senior Lead Auditor for one of the leading international Certification Bodies.

In 2008 Martina developed the ‘EuRA Global Quality Seal Standard’ for relocation organisations and is up-dating the standard based on new developments in quality management, rules and regulations and requirements by customers, clients and Global Management companies in relocation business annually. She develops and conducts international Global Quality Seal Training sessions. Her extensive quality and process management experience is mirrored in several pubclications in Germany.
Martina holds a Diplom-Kauffrau (graduated in business administration) from the University of Mannheim and an EOQ Quality Systems Manager and Quality Auditor.
