Full Membership
Full Membership of the European Relocation Association is open to relocation service providers who have been trading for more than two years. Full Members are listed as such in the Directory of Members and on the Website. Full Members can be based in Europe or Worldwide and all Full Members are able to vote at the AGM and stand for election to the Executive Group. All Full Members are able to use the EuRA logo on all printed materials.
A relocation company is deemed to be any organisation offering a range of services designed to facilitate the mobility of individuals or groups of individuals and their families. Such services may be delivered in the departure or destination area or both. The five core services that relocation providers must be able to offer are;
- Orientation
- Homesearch
- School search
- Settling in
- Departure management
As a Full Member you will be able to attend all of EuRA's conferences at member rates, exhibit at our events or sponsor them, and network with other relocation service providers. You will receive a listing on our website. Finally, our magazine the EuRApean offers numerous opportunities for additional visibility.

Full Membership of the European Relocation Association is open to companies whose commercial activities are related to, and whose income is derived from, private individuals or corporate bodies for the provision of relocation services.
A relocation company is deemed to be any organisation offering a range of services designed to facilitate the mobility of individuals or groups of individuals and their families. Such services may be delivered in the departure or destination area or both.
As a Full Member, You Will:
- Receive assistance from the Association, should this be required.
- Be entitled to a standard entry on the website.
- Receive the Association's Newsletter "The EuRApean" as well as the regular "EuRA Bulletins".
- Have full voting rights.
- Be entitled to use the European Relocation Association’s logo on any printed material or in any advertisement.
- Be invited to attend any regional, national and international meetings, seminars, webinars, Briefings and conferences or any MIM training.
Requirements For Admission as a Full Member:
- To adhere to the European Relocation Association’s Rules of Conduct.
- To have traded as a Relocation Agent for at least two years.Proof of Company registration may be requested.
- To provide the names and email addresses of three customers for whom work has been carried in the last 12 months. These clients will be contacted by EuRA for references.
- To provide your website address.
Costs:
One off Administration Fee: - €200.00 +VAT where applicable
Subscription Fee (1-10 employees): - €600.00 +VAT where applicable
Subscription Fee (11+ employees):* - €900.00 +VAT where applicable
Additional Listings Fee - €400.00 per office +VAT where applicable
The Executive Group will review Subscription fees annually.
Upgrade to Full Membership
This process is for Associate Members who have been trading for more than two years and have therefore become eligible for Full Membership of EuRA. This is a paper process and cannot be completed online.
