The 2019 EuRA International Relocation Congress will take place in the stunning Bavarian capital Munich.  This ancient city is a centre of commerce and manufacturing and is currently ranked number 4 in Mercers Most Liveable Cities index.  If you haven't visited before, take time during the conference to get a feel for this great metropolis.

The 2019 Conference theme is "Celebrate the Future | Opportunity Defined".  We aim to move away from the VUCA paradigm and concentrate on the opportunities that change can bring.  Each year we work hard to deliver exceptional learning and networking opportunities and our 2019 will be no different.  We have an exceptional programme of training, breakout and plenary sessions and two terrific keynote speakers.

The primary venue is the Hilton Munich Park, set in the Englischer Garten a very pleasant 20 minute walk into the city. The Hilton Munich Park is a 5* hotel, each room has a balcony with a view across the city.  We have secured an excellent rate of €179 including breakfast. 

PLEASE NOTE:

The standard room categories in the Hilton are very nearly sold out.  There are still rooms available but only of a higher category at an increased cost. 

The Hilton Munich City is a great alternative. Situated in the heart of the city it is the ideal base for exploring Munich. Guests can go anywhere using the Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn station connected to the hotel. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away.

A shuttle bus service will be provided twice daily between the two hotels. 

Our spectacular Gala Dinner will take place in the Paulaner Brauhaus, one of the great Munich Bier Kellers and will be a night to remember!  The dress code for the dinner is formal but not black tie.

Business Colleagues cannot attend as guests and will be charged for a full price delegate place. Guests are defined as spouses, friends or family members of the main delegate who are not part of the company.  EuRA is entirely not-for-profit and we have a zero tolerance approach to non-registered delegates being in the conference hotel.  To learn more about what it means that EuRA is Not-For-Profit, click here.
